Cooking the Rainbow: introducing a new food concept at Forsthofalm

Tuck into a colourful array of healthy cuisine on our contemporary menu, where organic and regional ingredients combine with intense flavourings and innovative designs to create our new concept; cooking the rainbow.
Served in our onsite KUKKA restaurant, guests will be able to enjoy a variety of dishes that are bursting with distinct colour and intense aromas. Filled with plant-based foods, herbs and meat, each dish on the menu is inspired by nature, providing a variety of gourmet delights that promise a fascinating taste experience.

As well as our new concept, our KUKKA restaurant also prepares a daily five course vegan menu that is inspired by nature, cooked on an open chargrill. Guests can work up their appetite on the complimentary Mountain Life programme, where a range of activities including yoga, fitness classes and mountain hiking are all offered.
